What a fantastic villa. Excellent position, setting and decor, it really is first class. We have all had a great time.

We had a delightful stay here in the Rotonda. Weather improved each day. Beach time at Boca, manasota Key and Stump Pass. Also plenty of golf. the house and pool were terrific. Thank you!

We enjoyed one month in your villa. Thank you for allowing us to be here. Weather was cooler than normal, but far better than all the snow at home in Pennsylvania. A few minor issues, but Hugh from Homesearch took good care of us.
Your villa is very comfortable, spacious and perfect for our winter retreat to Florida. We did not use the pool, but enjoyed the lanai. The Golf Scoop was great. We golfed nearly every day. We look forward to returning to the Rotonda next year

We have stayed in Rotonda many times but your villa is the best by far. Set in a lovely location and with all the ingredients for a great holiday. The pool was enjoyed by all. Such a shame to be leaving! Would definately recommend your villa and hope to return soon.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your villa. Everything was fab including the Christmas tree that was lit up in the hallway when we arrived after a long journey. Shopping was great - Miromar outlets was our favourite. Boys loved the golf. Our favourite restaurant was Farlows on the Water - thanks for the recommendation. We had a great day in Naples - watching the sunset from the pier was amazing and Bice (Italian restaurant) on 5th Ave is a must! Weather was disappointing so we didn't make the most of the pool and beach, but there was so much else to do it didn't matter. Thanks again.

We have had a really gloriously relaxing time here in your wonderful villa! It has been 6-10 days of paradise for us! Golf with good courses, bikes and divine beaches and hot seas! Lovely friendly, beautiful people. Weather has been very warm with occasionally 'pop-up' storms. Thank you so much!

All I can say is thank you! Honestly, one of the most lovely villas I have stayed in - and the most enjoyable holiday we have had in a very, very long time. Perfect location - gorgeous beaches. Farlow's on the Water a great place to eat and admire the view. Certainly a treat! We hope to return again to the Villa with evrything. Once again, our thanks!
