There are 3 major costs involved with house purchase, the land where you want to build, the design of home you choose including all land preparation costs and the furnishing style which you select. The total package price on this website refers to the accumulative cost of the house and the full furnishing.

All our homes come with a private, electrically heated pools and good size deck areas as standard and these features are included in the quoted price.

Our builders are all home grown and have built solid reputations within the local community. Between them, they have all been building in this area for many years with several awards in the building industry amongst them, including "Builder of the Year". Most of our rental homes have been built by them for our clients. They do not all reach the 'green' standards and if this is important, please check with us to see which homes qualify for 'green' status.
