About the villa

The villa is large and predominantly open plan. It is fully air conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which lead directly onto the pool lanai with their own private bathrooms and a further two twin bedded rooms served by the family bathroom, which also leads onto the lanai, making the villa an ideal two family holiday choice but equally as suitable for a smaller group.

From the large, electrically heated pool and spacious lanai there are views out to the large lily pond and woodland beyond, making it completely private when lazing in the pool or relaxing with a drink on the lanai. The pool like most in Florida is covered by a meshed cage that allows the sun rays in but keeps the ‘no-see-um’ insects out!

Our beautiful house is a ‘home from home’ to our guests who want to enjoy the privacy of their own accommodation and is complete with all the facilities that a guest would need whilst on holiday such as fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave oven, full size washer and drier, TV’s and VCR, towels, bed linen etc, etc.

The interior has been thoughtfully decorated to a very high standard with quality furnishings throughout.
